A flat natural rubber washer provides a custom rubber layer around a central opening. The inner diameter, outer diameter, and thickness should correspond to the mating components and available space. Its flat section needs support across the intended contact area as the fastening stack closes.
Check the clearance around the fastener or shaft and the width of the receiving face. A washer that extends over an unsupported opening can deform differently from one seated fully on a flat surface. The selected natural rubber compound also needs to suit the medium, temperature, and cleaning conditions at that location.
Install the washer cleanly without folding or stretching it to fit. Keep it centered during tightening and avoid using excess force to compensate for an unsuitable thickness. If the part serves a sealing role, evaluate the complete joint under its intended operating conditions. During maintenance, inspect the washer and mating faces for damage, and replace it with the correct profile so the original spacing and contact arrangement are maintained.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
