Custom rubber stopper groups can provide multiple closure configurations for a product with different openings. Silicone plugs and stoppers should each be dimensioned around their assigned receiving surfaces. The group should remain organized by complete profile and material so similar parts are fitted to the correct positions.
Establish the body length, head clearance, and seating relationship for each opening independently. A larger hole may still have less space behind it, while a small service opening may need a more accessible head. Color or molded identification can support assembly organization, but should remain linked to those dimensions. Select the formulation for the actual exposure at each location rather than assume one rubber grade suits the entire product. Keep the contact surfaces clean during fitting and inspect the final position of every closure. During service, preserve the position identity of removed parts. Replacement should restore the intended configuration at each opening rather than substitute whichever stopper has the closest visible outline.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
