Silicone feet for cutting boards provide contact points between the board and its work surface. Their custom attachment profile and finished height should suit the board thickness and the available underside layout. The feet need to work as a set so the board rests on its intended supports.
Assess the board on the surfaces where it will be used. Moisture, food residue, and texture can change the contact conditions, so a loose rubber sample does not establish the behavior of the complete board. Keep the working faces clean and inspect for a foot that is partly detached or seated at a different height. The mounting arrangement should allow the required cleaning around and beneath each foot. During replacement, preserve the intended position and installed height so the board does not rock or sit differently. A damaged board attachment should be addressed rather than hidden with a larger foot or additional rubber layer.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The feet need to work as a set so the board rests on its intended supports. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
