Custom rubber bumper feet can be shaped for a support location or a defined contact point within a product. The working role should guide the molded face, installed height, and attachment details. A foot carrying continuous support and a bumper meeting occasional contact may need different geometry even when their outside appearance is similar.
Establish how force reaches the part and where the rubber is supported. The contact should occur on the intended face, with clearance for the deformation expected in the assembly. The receiving feature should hold the part without cutting a thin edge or leaving it partly seated. Inspect the full product after fitting, especially where several feet work together. During maintenance, check for uneven contact marks or a changed working height. Replacement should preserve the attachment and face orientation rather than choose a different size simply because it can be pushed into the same mounting area. Inspect the receiving seat too.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
