Match the attachment and installation method
A rubber foot provides a custom molded support point beneath a product. Its dimensions should match the original equipment mounting area and intended clearance from the supporting surface. The foot needs to be considered with the rest of the base rather than as a standalone shape.
Check the load path, installed height, and position relative to access panels or openings. The rubber should be supported where the base transfers weight, and the attachment must suit normal handling. A replacement that is slightly taller or shaped differently can make the item rock even if its mounting hole fits.
Fit the foot onto a clean receiving area and inspect the complete product in its working configuration. Keep the contact face free of grit and residue during care. Durability depends on the load, surface, and movement conditions, so inspect for wear or loosening rather than assuming a fixed service life. Replace damaged parts with the matching construction and height, addressing uneven support that may have contributed to the damage.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
