Rubber feet for cutting board bases create contact points between the board and the counter. Their custom shape can be matched to the underside and attachment arrangement. The location of the feet should support the areas where pressure is normally applied rather than simply follow a decorative spacing pattern.
Check the board with gentle pressure near its edges and corners. A narrow support arrangement can allow movement even when the individual feet grip the surface. All feet need consistent installed height so the board rests evenly without rocking.
Choose the compound and fastening method for the intended cleaning routine and any applicable contact requirements. Keep the contact faces and counter free of residue, since liquid or food particles can change the grip. Remove debris around the feet during care and inspect the attachment after cleaning. A missing or distorted foot should be replaced with the matching geometry before further use. The complete board and surface determine stability, so the presence of rubber feet should not be treated as a guarantee against all sliding.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A narrow support arrangement can allow movement even when the individual feet grip the surface. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
