A special rubber stopper can be custom molded for an opening that does not suit a standard plug. The profile should follow the receiving bore or recess, including any steps that determine the seating position. An NBR compound is selected for the actual substances and temperature involved.
Check the dimensions at the contact area rather than relying on the visible top outline. A special shape may need a particular orientation, insertion depth, or clearance from adjoining parts. The accessible portion should allow the intended removal method without forcing a tool into the sealing surface.
Fit the stopper into a clean, smooth opening and inspect for a lifted edge or premature contact with an internal shoulder. Do not use excess insertion force to compensate for an incompatible profile. During reuse, examine the rubber for swelling, cuts, or permanent distortion that changes its fit. The complete closure determines the required sealing performance, so a custom shape and NBR material name should not be treated as a universal pressure or fluid-compatibility specification.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
