Self adhesive rubber bumpers need accurate placement so their contact face meets the intended surface and their bond remains fully supported. Establishing the location before the adhesive liner is removed helps avoid repeated lifting and repositioning. The bumper outline should stay clear of seams, recessed markings, and exposed edges that could cause a peel point.
Choose the thickness around the gap or support height required in the finished assembly. Match the adhesive to the substrate and operating conditions, including cleaning exposure. A foot pad beneath a product should also sit where the base can carry the intended load without rocking.
Prepare the surface, apply the bumper without touching the bonding face, and follow the selected adhesive's application conditions. Check the completed contact after the bond is ready for use. During maintenance, inspect for migration and lifted corners. If a bumper repeatedly peels from the same location, review the local surface and handling direction rather than simply fitting a larger pad that extends farther beyond its available support.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
