Rubber screw hole caps cover openings associated with screw access or fastening features. The custom molded shape can fit the receiving recess while presenting a finished surface above it. The cap should close the intended area without interfering with the screw or preventing later access when servicing is required.
Measure the recess diameter or profile and the depth above the fastener. A cap that bottoms against the screw too early may lift at its edge, while one inserted too deeply may be difficult to remove. The retaining area should locate on the intended surface rather than relying on pressure against the fastener head.
Fit the cap into a clean opening after the underlying fastening work is complete. Inspect its perimeter for even seating and leave the intended removal feature accessible. Sealing performance depends on the cap and receiving geometry together, so the complete assembly must suit the actual exposure conditions. During service, remove the cap without cutting its edge and inspect it before reuse, especially if repeated access has loosened the retaining profile.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
