Rubber pipe stoppers close a pipe opening with a molded profile suited to the receiving bore. Custom dimensions allow the stopper to follow the actual inside shape and seating depth rather than relying on the pipe's outside diameter. The closure should be selected for the specific pipe and its intended role.
Check the bore where the rubber will contact it. A rough edge, internal step, or uneven finish can prevent continuous seating or damage the stopper during insertion. The pipe should provide enough usable length for the intended contact without requiring the stopper to be driven out of reach.
Choose the compound for the fluid and temperature present in the assembly. Fit the stopper into a clean opening and inspect the accessible edge after seating. Any required water seal must be evaluated with the complete pipe closure under its intended conditions. Do not assume a friction-fitted rubber part is a pressure-rated pipe plug. Keep the removal method compatible with the molded shape and replace a damaged stopper rather than pushing it farther in to compensate.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
