Protective silicone rubber feet pads create a deliberate contact surface beneath a product, with adhesive securing the pads to its base. Their interaction with the supporting finish should be assessed on the actual material, including any coating or polish. Rubber contact can be useful in a support design, but the final surface result also depends on pressure, movement, and cleanliness.
Choose enough contact area for the intended load and keep each pad fully supported at its bonding face. The height should hold hard housing edges away from the surface without leaving the product unstable. Select the adhesive around the base substrate and anticipated cleaning exposure.
Apply to a prepared surface and allow the bond to become ready under the specified adhesive conditions. Inspect the underside before setting the product on a delicate finish, removing any grit trapped on the pad. After moving the product, check for a displaced foot or a damaged edge. Keeping the intended contact clean is an ongoing part of protecting the surface beneath the assembly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
