A silicone rubber feet pad with self-adhesive backing has two working interfaces. The upper bond attaches the pad to the product, while the exposed rubber face contacts the supporting surface. When the product is pushed sideways, those interfaces experience different demands. Good contact at the rubber face does not automatically establish a suitable bond between the backing and the product.
Describe the normal handling action and the substrate before choosing a pad. Record the product weight, pad positions and surface finish beneath the adhesive. If the rubber face grips while the body is moved, check whether the backing is subjected to sideways force or edge peeling. The footprint and thickness should be reviewed with those forces in mind, especially near a curved or recessed mounting area.
ETOL lists custom shape, size, material, hardness and color. The backing needs a specific review for the intended substrate and application process. Provide details of any paint, coating or texture and confirm the preparation required before installation. Evaluate the grip against the actual supporting surface as a separate part of the sample trial, rather than treating both interfaces as one general anti-slip property.
Apply the silicone rubber feet pad without contaminating its bonding face and follow the agreed conditions before loading it. Check the edges after representative product movement, watching for migration or a lifted corner. Keep the exposed base clean so changes caused by dust are not confused with a backing problem. If a trial fails, note which interface moved first and photograph the condition before removing the pad. This information helps identify whether to review the rubber contact profile, the adhesive specification or the way the product is handled, giving the next sample a clear improvement target.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The upper bond attaches the pad to the product, while the exposed rubber face contacts the supporting surface. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
