Silicone rubber foot pads can create defined contact points beneath a product, with adhesive holding each pad to its base. Their resistance to unwanted movement depends on the complete surface pairing, load, and condition of the contact area. A result obtained on one clean tabletop should not be carried over automatically to a different finish or a surface covered with residue.
Select the footprint and thickness around the support load and the available flat bonding area. Pads should be positioned so the product rests evenly without a corner of its housing taking unintended contact. Match the adhesive to the base material and prepare that material before application.
Assess the finished product on the intended working surface and in the direction of likely movement. Keep the underside of each pad free of grit, and check the bond after repositioning the product. If slipping behavior changes, inspect both surfaces and the support arrangement. Adding more pads without considering their height can create uneven contact and leave some of the original feet unloaded.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
