Match the attachment and installation method
A rubber bike handle grip adds a molded gripping surface around the handlebar. Custom dimensions and color allow the grip to be matched to the intended bar and overall control arrangement. For a motorcycle installation, the relationship with the throttle side and nearby controls needs particular attention.
Measure the receiving surface on each side separately, since the throttle tube and the opposite handlebar may require different internal dimensions. Grip length should leave the required clearance for switches, levers, and bar-end components. The rubber must stay securely located without interfering with throttle movement or return.
Use the installation method appropriate to the vehicle and grip design. Before riding, check that the grip does not rotate or slide unexpectedly and that every control operates through its intended range. A comfortable outer shape cannot compensate for an incorrect attachment. Keep the surface clean of oil and other residue, and inspect the fit after servicing nearby controls. Replace a torn or loose grip rather than relying on continued pressure from the hand to hold it in place.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
