Rubber feet used as chair leg protectors provide a custom interface between the chair structure and the floor. Their retention should suit ordinary handling, including lifting and repositioning the chair. The inner fit must keep the protective part on the leg while the lower surface remains correctly aligned for use.
Check the leg profile and seating depth before selecting the foot. A loose cap can remain in place while the chair stands still yet move when it is lifted. The installed contact face should meet the floor evenly across the complete support set. Material and size need to suit that arrangement and the actual surface conditions.
During cleaning, remove grit from beneath the feet and inspect the openings for tears. If a protector is missing after movement, inspect the leg before fitting another, since damage or a mismatch may explain the loss. Use the specified replacement geometry rather than a similar cap that alters the chair's height or contact angle at one position.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The installed contact face should meet the floor evenly across the complete support set. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
