Custom rubber feet for cutting boards with a metal washer combine a flexible contact body with a rigid element in the mounting arrangement. The washer should support the designated attachment area while the rubber remains the intended contact with the worktop. The complete geometry determines how those functions are separated.
Review the foot with the selected fastening hardware and board thickness. The connection should secure the part without drawing the metal toward the lower working face or distorting the rubber. Check that all feet reach the intended installed height and support the board evenly. The washer does not by itself establish a load rating or a particular corrosion grade.
The rubber and metal configuration should suit the board's cleaning and contact conditions. Keep residue away from the mounting recess and inspect the hardware if a foot begins to move. A loose connection can affect stability even when the lower face is unworn. Replace the specified complete foot arrangement rather than matching only its rubber outline and overlooking the washer or fastening details.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The washer should support the designated attachment area while the rubber remains the intended contact with the worktop. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
