Silicone rubber crutch tips belong to the support arrangement of a specific crutch and need an appropriate receiving fit. Their shape, retention and contact face should match that established design. A small molded cap should not be treated as a universal crutch replacement merely because its opening resembles the shaft diameter.
Check the intended component configuration and the condition of the crutch end. The silicone material name does not independently establish load capacity or mobility-aid suitability. An incorrectly seated tip can change the contact geometry even if it does not immediately fall away.
Follow the crutch's established care and replacement requirements. Inspect the tip for looseness, splits and wear that changes its original contact profile before continued use. Keep contamination off the receiving surface and replace damaged components with compatible parts. Avoid improvised stacking or an oversized cap as a way to correct a worn fitting, since those changes do not preserve the original relationship between the crutch and the surface supporting it.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
