A silicone anti slip bumper separates surfaces or provides a flexible resting contact. ETOL customizes size, color and compound so the bumper fits its available mounting area and intended contact.
Choose the contact face with the direction of force in mind. A bumper supporting a resting item is loaded differently from one touched by a closing component. The face should receive that contact directly rather than be caught at its side edge. Check the surrounding clearance after the rubber has compressed into its working position.
Evaluate the selected material on the mating finish and keep the face clean. A thin layer of dust can change contact even when the bumper remains firmly attached. During inspection, look for localized wear and movement at its mounting point. If only one edge is being rubbed, correct the alignment before fitting another part. Retain the intended dimensions and mounting arrangement when replacing a worn bumper so its contact position does not shift.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
