Match the attachment and installation method
Bolt on rubber feet attach to an equipment or furniture base through a defined fastening arrangement. The bolt, receiving structure and rubber seat should work together so the foot remains located without hard hardware becoming the supporting contact below. Accessibility to the fastening point also matters for later replacement.
Check the available engagement and clearance inside the base before choosing bolt length. A fastener that projects too far can interfere with nearby components even when it holds the foot securely. The black color does not establish the rubber formulation or a particular load rating.
Fit all intended supports and check the completed item for stable contact. The rubber should not twist or squeeze out of its seat during tightening. During maintenance, inspect the attachment area for loosening and the underside for embedded debris. Replace worn feet with the intended installed height and fixing geometry so the item does not begin resting on an uneven set of supports or an exposed bolt head.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The bolt, receiving structure and rubber seat should work together so the foot remains located without hard hardware becoming the supporting contact below. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
