Clear silicone buttons can reveal elements beneath the pressing surface, including conductive carbon contact features in the chosen design. The body thickness and molded shape influence what remains visible and how underlying details appear. Clear material alone does not establish an illuminated legend or uniform optical appearance.
Coordinate the visual design with the electrical contact and locating features. The button should align with its circuit target while moving freely through the enclosure opening. An attractive clear surface cannot compensate for incorrect board spacing or a flexible wall held against a panel edge.
Evaluate the finished control for both appearance and complete press-and-release behavior. The carbon feature needs evaluation within the actual circuit rather than an assumed electrical specification. During handling, protect the visible surface from scratches and keep the underside clean. After servicing, restore the original registration so the intended contact position and the features visible through the button remain aligned with the surrounding panel.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. An attractive clear surface cannot compensate for incorrect board spacing or a flexible wall held against a panel edge. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
