Sponge rubber grips should be sized from the handle core and the outside diameter the user will hold. The foam section contributes to the finished size and feel, so material and wall geometry need to be considered together. Custom dimensions can adapt the cover to the supporting bar.
Check the usable length and any changes in the core shape. The grip should reach its intended position without bunching against an end feature. The fitting path also needs to remain practical once neighboring hardware or controls are installed.
Use the assembly's intended retention method and evaluate the grip during normal handling. A soft outer surface does not compensate for an incorrect internal fit that allows rotation or sliding. Select the formulation for the contact and cleaning conditions. During care, inspect the ends and hand-contact region for tearing or lasting compression. Replace with the correct passage, wall section, and coverage length so that the original handle dimensions and attachment relationship are preserved.
The photographed handlebar cover is a structural and material example. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts, developing the inner fit, usable grip length and ends around your handlebar and adjacent controls.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
