Compression-molded rubber feet can be customized around the seating features beneath industrial equipment. The molded shape should define both the attachment area and the surface that meets the bench or other support. Those regions need different consideration even when they are formed as one part.
The attachment area should locate the foot without leaving a folded edge or incomplete seat. The working face should provide the intended stand-off and clear nearby underside features. Evaluate both in the assembled condition, since the final projection depends on how deeply the foot seats as well as its loose dimensions. A visual match to an old foot may miss a difference in the hidden retaining shape.
Choose the compound for the contact environment and expected deformation. Custom colors or markings can identify versions, but they do not replace a clear physical fit. During replacement, clean the base seat and remove remnants of the previous part. A small fragment beneath the new foot can change its height and affect the stability of the equipment.
