Match the attachment and installation method
Custom vibration damper pads should be sized for the actual area through which equipment transfers load. The pad's thickness, footprint and material determine its installed geometry, while the supporting surfaces establish how evenly it is compressed. A larger outline does not add useful support if part of it remains unsupported.
Material, hardness, dimensions and color can be developed for the assembly. Define the supported load, operating environment and any required attachment. If several pads are used, consider their combined placement and the resulting equipment stance.
Evaluate the completed arrangement under representative operation with all normal connections installed. Check for rocking, uneven compression or a rigid contact that restricts the intended movement. Vibration isolation should be assessed at that system level rather than inferred from the rubber alone.
Keep both contact surfaces clean before placement and inspect the pad edges for extrusion or migration during maintenance. Permanent compression can change the clearance below the equipment. When replacing one pad, compare the condition of the rest so the new part does not introduce an unintended height difference across the support layout.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The pad's thickness, footprint and material determine its installed geometry, while the supporting surfaces establish how evenly it is compressed. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
