Selected for the contact, temperature and movement
Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
Custom medical rubber silicone stoppers in the 14.4 mm size category should be developed around the complete receiving opening. The body shape and seating features need to match the container or device, while the exposed head must work with the intended retention and handling method. Nominal size alone does not define the complete fit.
Check that the stopper seats without a folded edge or unintended pressure against surrounding components. The actual opening finish and closure hardware should be present during evaluation. Material selection needs to address the substances contacting the part, contact duration, and any processing applied to the finished system.
The complete medical product must establish its operating and use requirements; the stopper's general description does not assign a universal sterilization method or sealing limit. Keep its contact surfaces protected from contamination and inspect for damage before assembly. If replacement is required, match the specified profile and compound rather than relying on the same 14.4 mm label to identify an interchangeable part.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The body shape and seating features need to match the container or device, while the exposed head must work with the intended retention and handling method. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
