A 147mm Suction Cup for an underwater fitness bicycle needs to work with both the equipment mounting point and the pool surface. The cup's material, dimensions, hardness, and color can be customized. Its nominal diameter is only one part of a complete support arrangement that must accommodate the bicycle's intended operation.
Check the surface where each cup will sit. Texture, joints, curvature, and deposits can prevent the rim from making continuous contact. The bicycle should be positioned so that the cup faces settle naturally, without being forced into alignment by twisting their attachments.
Assess all mounting points together under the equipment's intended use conditions. Pedaling introduces changing forces, and those forces are distributed through the frame before reaching the cups. A secure-looking cup at rest does not establish the behavior of the full bicycle during exercise. Use the equipment's designed setup procedure and load limits.
Choose the rubber formulation for the pool environment and cleaning exposure. Before placement, remove debris from the rims and the contacting surface. For relocation, release each cup in the intended way instead of dragging the bicycle while the rims remain attached. Inspect for cuts or permanent deformation during routine care, and replace damaged cups with the correct mounting geometry as well as the required face size.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
