Product Overview

Rubber Suction Cup Vacuum components can be customized for screw connections including the M4, M6, M8 and M10 sizes identified for this product. Choose the thread together with the cup dimensions and mounting geometry. Screw diameter alone does not establish engagement length, installed height or the area available for suction contact.

Consider access to the connection before fixing its position. The cup should be installed without twisting its flexible body, and the screw should reach the intended seat without interfering with another component. Check the contact face after mounting to make sure it remains correctly oriented toward the working surface.

Material, structure, color and hardness from 30 to 90 Shore A can be customized. Assess those choices with the actual surface and intended use, including the complete vacuum arrangement where applicable. A larger screw does not by itself increase the cup's holding capability.

During replacement, compare the working profile as well as the thread designation. A different body height can change how the lip meets the surface even when the connection fits. If the support uses a through hole and separate retaining hardware, check the space behind that support as well as the exposed cup. If it uses a threaded receiving hole, check the available engagement against the selected screw. These arrangements can require different screw lengths despite sharing an M4, M6, M8 or M10 diameter.

Clean the contact edge and attachment region, and inspect for cuts or permanent distortion before returning the assembly to use. Keeping the mounting and suction geometry coordinated helps preserve the intended installed position.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. If it uses a threaded receiving hole, check the available engagement against the selected screw.
Custom geometry
Choose the thread together with the cup dimensions and mounting geometry.
Fit evaluation
Check the contact face after mounting to make sure it remains correctly oriented toward the working surface.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A different body height can change how the lip meets the surface even when the connection fits. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
