A 25mm rubber cap can form a protective foot or end covering, but a nominal one-inch reference should not be treated as an exact metric fit. One inch equals 25.4 mm, and the internal socket, wall shape and intended stretch determine whether a particular leg is compatible.
For this custom product, ETOL offers different dimensions, rubber materials, hardness and colors. Measure the mating end and identify whether the cap fits over it or locates against another feature. The depth matters as well as the width: a shallow socket can leave too little engagement, while a deep cap may meet a wider section of the leg before it is fully seated.
Do not use external cap diameter as a substitute for socket size. Rubber wall thickness contributes to the outside measurement, so two covers with similar footprints can have different internal spaces. For a foot application, also compare the base profile with the angle at which the leg meets the floor.
Clean and deburr the mating end before insertion. Push evenly until the intended seating position is reached, then check for a rolled opening or a stretched corner. When replacing several feet, inspect their contact on the same level surface so a partly fitted cap does not alter the furniture's stance. Remove grit from the floor-facing surface during routine care.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Rubber wall thickness contributes to the outside measurement, so two covers with similar footprints can have different internal spaces. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
