These chair leg tips cover furniture-leg ends with a flexible rubber interface. The 25 mm, 50 mm and 20 mm size references accompany customizable profiles for different furniture-leg configurations. Those references should be related to the actual socket and leg geometry before a replacement set is chosen.
Check all the legs, especially on a chair with a tapered frame or different front and rear sections. Similar visible widths may hide different end angles or insertion depths. Compare the finished leg dimensions with the inside of the tip rather than using the worn outside footprint of an old cover as the only guide.
Material, hardness, color and molded identification are available for custom designs. Keep the seating depth consistent with the intended furniture configuration so the covers do not introduce rocking. A thicker rubber base on one leg should not become an improvised correction for a damaged frame.
During installation, support the chair, remove old debris and fit each tip fully. Lower it onto a clean, level area and check the contact faces. If one cover rolls at its edge, inspect the leg angle and socket fit before moving on. After the chair has been repositioned, verify that every cover remains on its leg and that no grit has become trapped beneath a foot.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
