60mm suction cups should be evaluated against the actual area available on the contact surface. The nominal size does not guarantee that the full rim can sit on a curved, textured or interrupted region. The cup profile and attachment need to suit the surface and direction of force in the complete assembly.
Custom materials, dimensions, hardness and colors are available. Define which feature the 60 mm dimension represents and coordinate the remaining geometry, including mounting height and connection details. A cup with the same outside diameter can have a different contact profile or installed position.
Clean the mating area and cup face before evaluation. Check that the rim meets evenly without being pulled at an angle by the attachment. Assess holding behavior under representative loading, movement and surface conditions rather than applying a general capacity value.
During repeated placement, inspect the rim for debris, nicks and curling. If contact is lost repeatedly at the same side, examine the surface and mounting alignment as well as the rubber. Store replacement cups without bending their edges so the contact profile remains ready for the intended installation.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
