This custom rubber suction cup m8 screw design combines a suction base with a threaded mounting feature. It allows a compatible accessory to attach mechanically to the cup while the flexible face makes contact with the chosen surface. The M8 designation concerns the threaded connection and does not define the cup diameter or its holding capacity.
Check the mating thread and the depth available in the accessory before assembly. A screw that bottoms out can appear tight without securing the connected part properly. Conversely, excessive tightening can distort the cup or stress the attachment where the rigid and flexible sections meet.
Size, hardness and color can be customized, along with molded identification. Choose the cup and accessory as one arrangement: an off-center bracket can put a peeling force on the suction face even when the thread itself is firmly engaged.
During the initial fit, support the accessory and inspect the cup perimeter for lifting. Remove the load before loosening the threaded connection or breaking suction. Keep the mounting face clean during bench assembly, and protect it from metal chips that may be present around threaded hardware.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
