Threaded screw suction cups should be mounted with access to the fastening feature before they are attached to the working surface. Turning hardware while the rim is already held can twist the body and disturb contact. Plan the fitting sequence so the threaded connection and surface interface can each reach their intended condition.
Check the thread engagement, mounting clearance, and cup profile. The actual surface texture, curvature, and load direction determine how the complete arrangement should be assessed. Include leverage from the attached component and any operating movement.
Secure the hardware without leaving residual twist, then clean and inspect the rim before fitting. Verify continuous contact around the cup in its working position. During reuse, release suction before adjusting or removing the assembly.
