Adhesive pads provide rubber bumper protection at a defined contact point. The pad can separate parts that meet repeatedly, with custom size, color and compound options for the assembly. The adhesive keeps it located while the exposed rubber receives the contact.
Observe the closing or resting position before choosing the pad outline. Contact that lands partly outside the bumper can catch its edge and start lifting the backing. Leave enough area for the expected contact without obstructing neighboring features or changing the gap more than the design allows.
Prepare the mounting surface for the selected adhesive and place the pad without stretching it. Check that the entire backing rests on a sound, even area rather than bridging a recess. During use, inspect the perimeter and the rubber face separately. A pad can remain soft at the surface while its adhesive edge has begun to detach. When replacing it, clear old residue so the new pad starts at the intended height. Keep abrasive particles off the contact face to protect the mating surface.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
