A back adhesive bumper forms a cushioned meeting point for a part that closes or rests against another surface. Its location and thickness should allow the intended movement to finish without forcing a hinge, latch or nearby edge into an unintended position.
ETOL customizes dimensions, structure, material, hardness and color. Establish the first contact point; sliding movement across the rubber can create shear at the adhesive backing.
Prepare the mounting area and apply the selected backing according to its bonding requirements. Once ready, move the mating part slowly and watch where it lands. The bumper should stay flat with its edge clear of a peeling action. Repeat the check after any adjustment to the surrounding alignment. During maintenance, replace a shifting or split bumper on a clean surface instead of allowing adhesive residue to build up beneath repeated replacements. Keep the final contact position consistent with the mechanical assembly's intended travel.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
