Rubber feet with a sticky adhesive backing form small cushioning contact points on suitable prepared surfaces. The backing must remain attached as the rubber is compressed or brushed by the mating part. Strong initial tack is not enough to establish how the pad behaves through repeated contact.
Review the direction in which the other part reaches the bumper. A sliding action can catch its edge and place a different demand on the bond from a straight compressive contact. Select the footprint and thickness so the contact occurs on the intended face.
ETOL can customize the molded profile and material. Follow the chosen adhesive's application conditions and keep contamination off the bonding surface. After a trial, inspect the edges for lifting and compare the pad's position with its original placement. If it has shifted, examine the contact direction and backing compatibility before fitting another. Clean the rubber face during maintenance and replace a damaged pad according to the assembly specification rather than attempting to hold a loose edge down with an improvised adhesive.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
