An adhesive rubber shock absorber bumper attaches a molded contact element to a selected surface. A strip configuration can follow a longer contact area, with its profile and thickness adapted to the assembly. The adhesive interface should support the working rubber without leaving edges easily caught during movement.
Select the adhesive for the base material, surface finish, and operating conditions. Clean and prepare the mounting area before placement, then follow the application conditions appropriate to that adhesive. A recess or texture beneath the strip can reduce its supported bond even when the rubber covers the whole outline. The incoming contact should meet the intended face rather than peel the strip from an exposed edge. Assess the fitted bumper under the actual motion and loading. Keep its working face free from grit and inspect the bond if the part shifts. Replacement should restore the mounting condition and correct rubber profile rather than cover old adhesive residue with another layer.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
