Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
Screw-mount rubber feet attach to an assembly through a defined screw connection. The rubber body provides the working contact surface, while the hardware secures its position. The attachment dimensions and installed height should be selected together for the supported product.
Check how the screw seats in the receiving part. It should engage as intended without bottoming out before the foot reaches its mounting surface. The attachment method should not twist or compress the rubber beyond the design. Where several feet support one assembly, compare their final heights and contact positions after fastening rather than comparing loose parts alone.
For shock related use, assess the feet with the actual load, number of supports, and direction of movement. Rubber hardness and profile need to suit those conditions, and surrounding structure should leave the necessary clearance. Keep the contact faces clean and inspect for a loose attachment if the product begins to rock or shift. Replacement should restore the original support arrangement without using a different foot height to conceal an unrelated problem in the base.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The attachment dimensions and installed height should be selected together for the supported product. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a connection type, then compare body dimensions and metric threads. D, H and L are in millimeters; H excludes projecting studs. The M designation identifies the metric thread.
157 sizes with a male stud at each end. Compare body diameter D, body height H, thread size and projecting stud length L.
