Custom air compressor rubber feet should be developed around the compressor's support pattern, mounting seats, and working conditions. The same broad rubber foot category can also include chair or ladder applications, but those uses require their own geometry and assessment. A similar outside shape does not make one foot suitable for every support task.
For a compressor, review the complete unit with its normal connections in place. The feet should maintain the intended position and leave clearance from rigid underside features during operation. The contact surfaces and retention method must suit the direction of loading and the supporting surface. The equipment's weight distribution can make individual positions behave differently.
Select the compound for the environment at the actual foot location. Keep the support faces clean and inspect for movement or uneven wear during care. If the unit begins to rock or shift, check the full mounting arrangement and connections before changing foot dimensions. Preserve the specified configuration when replacing parts rather than treating a foot developed for a chair or ladder as an interchangeable substitute.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A similar outside shape does not make one foot suitable for every support task. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
