A custom silicone anti skid rubber pad creates a flexible interface intended to limit unwanted sliding. Its behavior should be evaluated with the actual supported item and contact surface, since finishes, contamination and the direction of loading can change the way the combination grips.
ETOL can customize shape, material, size, hardness and color, with adhesive-backed arrangements available. Define which face is bonded and which face contacts the supporting surface. The bonding footprint and the loaded footprint should both suit the assembly.
Clean the relevant surfaces and position the pad without stretching it. Follow the selected adhesive's requirements before loading the bonded arrangement. Check the item in its intended position, including any ordinary handling that pushes it sideways. Keep the pad edges from folding or protruding into a place where they can catch. During cleaning, inspect for embedded grit and remove it without damaging the rubber face. If the item starts shifting, examine the contact and bond conditions rather than adding another pad over a contaminated or displaced layer.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
