Vacuum suction pads provide the flexible contact elements in a developed pickup arrangement. When several pads serve one item, their positions need to follow the available pickup areas and the way the item is supported. The custom silicone profile can be selected around each connection and its space within the fixture.
Check whether every pad can reach its surface without being forced into the same height by an uneven workpiece. One pad may sit over a change in level while the others meet a flat area. The fixture should accommodate the intended contact geometry without relying on excessive deformation of one flexible body.
Assess the vacuum arrangement through approach, pickup, movement, and release. Changes in the item's orientation can shift the load between contact points, so satisfactory attachment while stationary is only one part of the evaluation. Keep the item's movement controlled during this work and establish capacity for the complete system.
For maintenance, identify the position of a pad that shows recurring wear instead of replacing the entire set without examining the fixture. Local damage can indicate a different surface condition or alignment at that pickup point. Keep replacement profiles consistent with the evaluated connection and contact arrangement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
