An anti slip rubber gasket can provide a shaped rubber contact where a pad needs to follow the outline of an assembly. Adhesive backing locates the part on its chosen mounting surface.
For a thin or narrow outline, plan the position before exposing the adhesive. The rubber should lie in its natural shape rather than being stretched to reach a corner. Stretching during placement can leave the perimeter uneven and change the clearance around openings. Check alignment against fixed features of the mounting surface instead of following an irregular existing edge.
Choose thickness for the available space and the amount of contact required. The part should not keep adjacent components from closing or sitting level. Clean and prepare the receiving surface for the selected adhesive, then inspect the perimeter after application. In use, keep the exposed rubber free of particles that could change its contact with the mating item. A lifted corner should be addressed before repeated rubbing pulls more of the pad away.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
