An Anti Slip Rubber Mat places a flexible contact layer beneath an item that rests on a surface. Its useful footprint is the area actually supporting the item, which may differ from the outline of the mat. A narrow set of legs or a raised rim can leave most of a large pad unloaded.
This custom mat can vary in material, dimensions, structure, hardness and color. Start with the contact pattern and the desired position of the supported item. Choose a shape that lies flat without interfering with adjacent controls, openings or other parts of the setup.
Clean both surfaces before placing the mat and check for grit that could be trapped underneath. Inspect the edges after the item is set down; a folded corner can create uneven support. Assess sliding behavior with the actual surface combination rather than assuming rubber will grip every finish equally. Lift the item when relocating it so the mat does not bunch up beneath the load, then check the position again before use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
