Product Overview

Rubber mount feet for chair designs need to accommodate the way each leg meets the floor. A leg that slopes outward may not load a flat foot evenly unless the fitting geometry accounts for that angle. Custom dimensions allow the receiving section and floor contact face to suit the chair's actual structure.

Check the leg end, mounting depth, and available support area together. A foot should not sit partly off the leg or depend on a thin exposed edge to carry the contact. Corresponding feet need to establish a consistent stance when the chair is placed on a level surface.

Select the rubber and attachment arrangement for the intended floor and routine movement. Grip depends on the contact surfaces and their condition, so remove grit and contamination regularly. Lift the chair when moving it over a substantial distance rather than repeatedly dragging a projecting foot sideways. If the chair develops a wobble, inspect the foot positions and seating before altering the frame or adding unrelated layers beneath one leg.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Check the leg end, mounting depth, and available support area together.
Custom geometry
Custom dimensions allow the receiving section and floor contact face to suit the chair's actual structure.
Fit evaluation
If the chair develops a wobble, inspect the foot positions and seating before altering the frame or adding unrelated layers beneath one leg.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; part identification clear of mounting seats and loaded faces.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
