A ceiling grommet should be developed for the actual opening and routed component within the intended assembly. The retained profile must match the surrounding material, while the cable or other item remains supported by the designated fixtures rather than relying on the rubber entry to carry an unspecified load.
Select the compound for the heat and other environmental conditions at that location. Any vibration-related function needs evaluation in the complete arrangement. The product description does not establish a load capacity, fire rating or universal temperature limit for the grommet.
Fit the component using the assembly's designated procedure and inspect the retained edge before access is enclosed. Check that the route does not pull the rubber down or sideways out of the opening. During service, revisit the fit after moving nearby supports or wiring. If the entry changes position, examine the supporting structure and route before replacing the rubber, so an ongoing load or alignment issue is not transferred to the new component.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The product description does not establish a load capacity, fire rating or universal temperature limit for the grommet. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
