Custom anti-vibration rubber grommets should be evaluated together when several support the same assembly. Unequal positioning or compression can leave one part carrying contact earlier than the others, changing the way movement reaches the rubber.
ETOL provides custom dimensions, materials, hardness and colors. Define the locating points and the assembled spacing before selecting the grommet profile. Check that the mating parts are aligned rather than using the rubber to pull an uneven structure into position.
Observe the full set as the assembly is secured and moved through its intended operation. Look for one flange becoming noticeably more compressed, a hidden rigid contact or a grommet shifting in its seat. Evaluate the required behavior with that complete arrangement. During replacement, compare all contact points rather than changing a visibly damaged part without inspecting the rest. Correct any alignment issue first, then fit the replacement to its intended seat. Keep debris and loose hardware out of the rubber interfaces during servicing so a local hard point does not bypass the flexible contact.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Unequal positioning or compression can leave one part carrying contact earlier than the others, changing the way movement reaches the rubber. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
