Product Overview

An assembled 85mm rubber suction cup should be selected around its whole mounting arrangement. The nominal size identifies the cup offering, while the attachment, sealing footprint and available surface determine how it fits the intended task. Custom dimensions and colors are available, with hardness options from 30 to 90 Shore A.

Check the complete assembly for alignment before attaching it. Hardware that sits off-center or presses into the rubber can alter the way the lip reaches the surface. Leave enough clear area for the entire perimeter and confirm that any nearby edge or joint remains outside the sealing region. A surface that looks flat over a small patch may still curve across the cup's full footprint.

Evaluate the attached unit under the actual force direction, contact duration and movement expected in use. The 85 mm dimension does not establish a lifting or support capacity. Keep the assembly supported appropriately during that evaluation so retention can be assessed without relying on an assumed rating.
