A 35mm screw suction cup needs an uninterrupted area large enough for its complete sealing rim. The nominal size is useful for identifying the selected version, but nearby seams, curvature, or a surface edge can reduce the area that is actually available for contact.
Check the approach of the threaded holder as well as the face location. A compact installation may place a neighboring component close enough to touch before the cup settles. The screw connection should leave the cup aligned with its intended surface instead of holding the rim at an angle to clear an obstruction.
Evaluate placement and release in the real confined space, with the attached item controlled appropriately. The 35mm designation does not establish holding capacity. If access is limited, plan a release method that avoids scraping a hard tool against the lip. Inspect for wear on the side nearest surrounding hardware, since repeated local contact there can damage the cup even while most of its sealing edge remains intact. A different mounting position may be needed when the nearby geometry changes.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
