A natural rubber gasket strip provides a flexible length along a fitted joint. When used along a joint, its cross-section and the path it follows determine how evenly the mating parts compress it. Straight dimensions alone do not describe what happens at corners, ends, or interruptions in the supporting surface.
Lay out the intended path before selecting the profile. Consider how the strip is retained and where any ends meet. Stretching it during fitting can make the initial layout appear neat while introducing tension that changes its position later. A turn that is too tight for the section can also lift one side away from the mating surface.
Assess the chosen natural rubber formulation for the actual environmental exposure. After assembly, check contact continuity and whether adjacent fasteners produce uneven compression along the length. If the strip serves a sealing role, evaluate the complete joint rather than relying on its black appearance or flexible feel. During service, inspect end joints and corners closely because local movement there can interrupt an otherwise continuous contact path.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
