Match the attachment and installation method
Suction cups with screws or bolts allow a custom rubber contact component to be attached mechanically to its support. Dimensions, structure, material and color can follow the application, with solid rubber hardness choices from 30 to 90 Shore A. Define the bolted connection and the cup's working position together so fastening does not distort its contact face.
Check access around the bolt before choosing the mounting location. The installation should allow the connection to be secured without using the flexible lip as a turning handle. Once fitted, inspect the cup from the side to confirm that it faces the intended surface squarely.
Assess contact under the actual use conditions, including the vacuum arrangement where applicable. The mounting bolt secures one interface, while suction acts at another; both need to suit the intended task. During maintenance, examine the attachment area for movement and the rim for damage. Match a replacement's installed height as well as its bolt geometry so it meets the surface without needing extra compression or a changed approach angle.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
