Product Overview

A screw threaded suction cup offers a mechanical attachment point for a custom rubber vacuum contact component. Specify the thread geometry together with the cup dimensions and working height. The mounting connection must hold the cup in the intended position while allowing its contact lip to meet the surface evenly.

Check available thread depth and clearance around the connection. A screw that reaches the end of a blind opening too early may leave the cup incorrectly positioned even though turning resistance has increased. Keep the flexible body from being twisted during fitting, and inspect its orientation once the mounting operation is complete.

Evaluate the installed cup on the actual surface with the intended vacuum arrangement. Holding depends on that complete combination, including movement and contact condition. During replacement, clean the mounting region and inspect the rubber around the attachment for damage. If the lip repeatedly contacts one side first, review alignment rather than trying to overcome the angle with additional approach force. The connection and cup face should work together as a correctly located component.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Keep the flexible body from being twisted during fitting, and inspect its orientation once the mounting operation is complete.
Custom geometry
Check available thread depth and clearance around the connection.
Fit evaluation
Evaluate the installed cup on the actual surface with the intended vacuum arrangement.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
