Product Overview

Rubber suction cups with screw attachment connect a custom cup to supporting hardware. The screw provides the mechanical mounting point, while the rubber lip establishes contact with the receiving surface. Both interfaces need to remain correctly positioned for the assembly to work as intended.

Surface condition is central to selection. Texture, curvature, contamination, and the direction of the applied load can all change the contact available to the cup. Evaluate the complete attachment on the actual surface and for the required duration. Cup diameter and the presence of a screw do not independently define a safe holding load.

Secure the hardware without twisting the cup out of alignment, then check that the lip can settle evenly. Keep the mating surface and rubber face clean, and inspect for cuts or permanent distortion before reuse. If several cups support one assembly, their positions should allow each to meet the surface rather than leaving one suspended or unevenly loaded. Release the cup through the intended method so the screw connection is not used to tear the rubber away from the surface.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Cup diameter and the presence of a screw do not independently define a safe holding load.
Custom geometry
The screw provides the mechanical mounting point, while the rubber lip establishes contact with the receiving surface.
Fit evaluation
Evaluate the complete attachment on the actual surface and for the required duration.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
